Welcome to my website and thank you for visiting! I love creating art, talking about art, designing with art and teaching art to others.

My passion for art started at a very young age ... I can remember using our walls as canvas for my crayons when I wanted something larger to paint on and my paper was full!

My art is about Spirit and how we are all connected to one another, how we are responsible for each other and for our world. My belief in a Being greater than myself fuels my passion for creating art that shows beauty, is colorful and expressive, helps heal and has a purpose.

My artistic focus is on how diverse our world is with a variety of minerals, plants and animals that exist together and are dependent upon each other. We use minerals to make art pigments, we have minerals in our bodies and we walk upon ground that is made up of minerals. Our plants have healing qualities that we can use to help ourselves heal. Trees help demonstrate our dependance upon the plant kingdom, we need their ability to make oxygen and filter the air. The variety of animals we have that serve us is astounding, cattle and pigs feed us, cattle keeping us warm in leather or pigs providing new skin for burn victims. We make a living caring for them,too.

Each art series I create shows in picture form some way in which we are connected and co-dependent upon one another which demonstrates our Unity in Diversity. This diversity is also demonstrated by my blog, my design stores, my photography, my sculptures, my nature journaling and my desire to teach art to others.
